Lately we've been a busy bunch. I've worked just about every other day so on days off we spend most of our time playing catch up on chores or running errands. "Running" is definitely the right word for it. Sunday was no exception. It was a late night getting off work Saturday followed by a stop at the store and then home for a quick run & lots of packing up for a quick day trip to Galveston on Sunday. Sunday morning came quickly and we rose early to get a couple errands done & then we opened the sun roof and cranked up the stereo. It was a great time spent chatting & being silly with my main squeeze.
The rest of the day was spent eating yummy food, catching up with family, and chasing around the cutest little baby boo.
So while we are smack in the middle of long hectic work days, chores that never end, obligations that continue to fill up the calendar we are so incredibly blessed to be spending this chaotic life with each other & surrounded by such an amazing family. It's exhausting weeks like this that it's just too perfect, and oh so necessary, to be reminded by wonderful aunt and precious Alyssa to stop & smell the roses (or hibiscus... same thing).
